Our granddaughter, Ara, graduated from the University of Florida this past Saturday with her Bachelor's Degree. Here's a picture of her and a friend in their caps and gowns. Ara is the one on the right. We're proud to be her grandparents!

The school colors are orange and Blue.

The moment when Ara crossed the stage as her name was called. Photo by Caeli Tolar.

Here's some Blue Christmas decorations found in our neighborhood. Some people hang ornaments from trees in their swale areas.

Here are two examples of folks who decorated their yards with faux presents, wrapped in Blue.

You have to squint, but there's several touches of Blue in Santa's train.

The color of his gloves are beautiful Blue. (That's Johnny's shadow!)

Mr. Snowman uses a Blue shovel, although I suspect he won't find much use for it in Florida!

This snowman likes his Blue scarf.

Ah, this Blue sign suggests we keep Christ in Christmas, an idea with which I agree.

Here's a string of lights; it's easy to pick our the Blue ones.

Here's my favorite . . .

Do you have any Blue decorating your outside?

I just HAD to stick this in. Born Sunday, December 21, 2014 . . . Our son's baby with her baby!

Thanks for fixing link - don't know why it never works for me - it wouldn't find a photo on the page - tried the option to load file from my computer - it found it but wouldn't load it.

You have right to be happy about your granddaughter and the new little one. One venturing out into the another world and one coming into a new one. Loved seeing all the yard decorations. Sorry, I have nothing up. May you have a healthy holiday season.

Dearest Sally, Congratulations on two of the awesome blessings you have shared with us today. A great grandson has to be the best Christmas gift ever. I love the photo you shared. He is darling and so is Jenna. We are so very happy for you both.

Another granddaughter graduating from college. And...not just any college. Smiling here. We wish her much success in the future.

I forgot to tell you we received the disk from your Christmas program. We will watch it today. Thank you so much.

Last, the pics of your neighborhood Christmas decorations. The gift boxes was a great idea. Very festive indeed.

Have a wonderful Blue Monday.
Love, Jeanne

Oh, Sally!

Congrats on the new grandlittle! That is the sweetest picture. We have three new additions to our family this year. One little great great niece, one little boy cousin, and one little girl cousin named after Mr. Magpie's mom. It's been a bumper crop of babies! :-)

Love you and appreciate your well wishes. I am doing my best to stay stress free and have been having a low key Christmas. But it has kept us focussed on the real reason for the season. I hope yours was very merry, and me thinks it was with that cute little Christmas gift!
